This class builds self-esteem through accomplishment and hones listening skills. We offer this class mornings and evenings to accomodate your schedule. |
WOMENS CARDIO KICKBOXING
This intense workout includes kickboxing, cardio, and weight training to tone muscles and burn fat. Our diet and personallized weight management system guarantees results. You will not be disappointed! We offer this class Tuesday through Friday mornings and several evenings per week. All fitness levels are welcome.
